Prosecutors order charges against "Mother Tak-Pa Beer"

Spokesperson of the OAG revealed that the Office of the Attorney General of Criminal Cases has ordered the prosecution of "Mother Tak-Pa Beer" on 4 main charges: fraud against the public, Computer Act, false advertising, and violation of the Direct Selling Act in the case of live-streaming gold sales that did not match the advertisement.
